  2. data licensing → yes, for how the agent handles your licences. No, for whether your vendor permits a use. Ask your vendor.
  3. deployment → yes. Hosted, on premise and private cloud, and what each needs from your side.
  4. a strategy, a security, an allocation → no. Astroquanta is research software and gives no advice about any of them.
