Four inputs seed the generator. Change any one and you get a different sweep.

A name for the run, up to 48 characters. It seeds the generator and nothing else, so two hypotheses give two different sweeps. Left empty it reads untitled hypothesis.

Sets the look ahead rate, the round trip cost in bps and the capacity base. Large cap is cheap to trade and holds more money. All cap is neither.

Sets how much gross edge a given Sharpe earns per round trip and how far capacity scales. Short horizons turn over more and pay more to trade.

The number of specifications the sweep will try. The haircut on the final Sharpe grows with the square root of the log of N. More trials, bigger haircut. That is the whole point of the page.
