No output of the Services is a recommendation, an offer, a solicitation, or advice about any security, strategy or account. Every investment decision is made by the customer and the customer’s own investment professionals.

What is a seat

A seat is one named user with a login. Desk has one. Research has five. Seats are not shared and are not pooled; a pod of five that needs a sixth researcher moves to Fund.

When am I billed

On the day you purchase, and then every month on that date. The next billing date is printed on the checkout summary and on your confirmation before you pay.

How do I cancel

From your workspace, any time before the next billing date. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Your trial ledger is exported to you on request.

Whose data is it

Yours. You connect datasets you hold licences for. The agent maps and rebuilds them inside your workspace and never redistributes them. Licence flags raised during onboarding are for you to resolve with your vendor.

Where does it run

Desk and Research run in our hosted environment. Fund runs on premise or in a private cloud you control, which is one of the reasons it is quoted rather than priced.

What does the haircut Sharpe mean

A Sharpe reduced for the number of specifications tried to find it. In the canonical run the best of 48 trials showed 0.81 walk forward and 0.63 after the haircut for 48 trials. It is a haircut, not a probability; if we ever show a Deflated Sharpe Ratio in the sense of Bailey and Lopez de Prado, it will be labelled as a probability with its own name.
